Cancel or edit my order?Updated 16 days ago

Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make changes. This includes:

  • Switching products
  • Changing quantities
  • Updating payment methods

15-minute window:
You can request a cancellation or update your delivery address within 15 minutes of placing your order. To do this:

  • Use our live chat, or
  • Select ‘Report an Issue’ in the Help Centre

Please note: you’ll need to confirm your cancellation request within this time.

After 15 minutes:
Orders move quickly into processing, so changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

During busy periods:
Especially over peak times like Christmas, orders are processed very quickly — we recommend double-checking all details before placing your order.

After delivery:
If your order has already been delivered, eligible items can be returned under our 14-day change-of-mind policy.
(Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
