Change of Mind Returns: 

If you’ve had second thoughts about your Click & Collect purchase:

  • For exchanges please return to the store of pick up to facilitate the exchange

  • You can return your item within 14 days of collection.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Bring your proof of purchase and the item back to the same store where you collected your order.

  • The store team will assess the return and contact our Support Office to issue the refund back to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are not processed directly in-store.

    • If your return is made on a weekend, please await a confirmation email on Monday once our Support Office reopens.

    • During the working week, refunds are generally processed on the same day.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for funds to appear back in your account once processed.

Each Toyworld store is independently owned and operated. Final approval of change-of-mind returns is at the discretion of the store team.



Faulty or Incorrect Items: 

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please return it to the store where you collected your order.

The store team will be able to assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
In some cases, faulty items need to be sent back to the supplier for assessment, so please check with the allocated store for more information on timing and resolution options.

All returns will be handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
