When will my Click & Collect Order be ready?
Once the store you have selected confirms product availability, you will receive a Ready to Collect email or SMS notification advising that your order is ready for collection.If you’d like Contact Free pick-up, please contact your pickup store direct
How long do I have to collect my order?
Your order will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for pick up.If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.
What do I need to bring for collection?
When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and valid photo identification.Valid photo identification includes Driver's Licence, Passport and Proof of Age Card.
