For Click & Collect orders, returns are free. Simply bring the item back to the same Toyworld store you collected it from.

For online home delivery orders, return postage may be at your own expense.

Please note, if your order was fulfilled from multiple store locations, items will need to be returned to the respective store they were dispatched from, as all Toyworld stores are independently owned and operated.
