Do you ship everything together?Updated a month ago

If you've ordered multiple items (yay, thanks so much!), we always try to send everything together. But sometimes, different items may come from different Toyworld stores depending on stock. That means your order might arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Don’t worry, you’ll only be charged one delivery fee, and you’ll get separate tracking links for each delivery so you can follow along.

Think of it as your toys having a little race to your door!

If something still seems to be missing or you're unsure, check your shipping confirmation email and if you’re concerned, our friendly Customer Service team is here to help. Just have your order number handy and we’ll look into it right away.
