How do I initiate a return?Updated a month ago

To start a return, please contact us via chat or head to the Help Centre button at the bottom of this page.

From there, log in and select “Report an Issue.” This will allow you to choose your order number and confirm the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for your request.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and send you all the information you need, including where to send your item.
