Our standard delivery method is Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning:

• No signature is required on delivery
• Your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address

Important to note:

• We deliver to residential and business addresses only
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

If an invalid address is provided:

• The parcel may be returned to sender, or
• An additional shipping fee may apply to resend it to a valid address
