What if my parcel is retuned to sender?Updated 15 days ago

If your parcel is returned to the sending store, our support team will be in touch to help you with the next steps.

You’ll have three options available:

  • Reship to the same address
  • Reship to a different address (additional delivery fees may apply)
  • Receive a refund for the items (original delivery cost is non-refundable)

Once the parcel has been received back at the store, we’ll work with you to arrange the option that suits you best.
